Job description

Helpdesk Analyst

Located onsite in Raleigh North, North Carolina ON SITE

MacOS troubleshooting experience REQUIRED.

Base pay range

$30.00 / yr - $35.00 / yr

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ITIL standard methodologies such as the difference between Incident, Problem, and Change
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Handling call escalations from Tier 1 to Tier 2
  • Various Shifts : Phone, email, and chat support

Minimum Requirements

  • Technical Support : 2+ years
  • Written Communication : 2-5 years
  • Mac OS X : 2-5 years
  • Time Management : 2-5 years
  • Communication Skill : 2-5 years
  • Problem Solving : 2-5 years
  • iOS : 2-5 years
  • Candidates must be able to work onsite at client, 5 days a week
