Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic legal counsel on all employment-related matters.
• Advise on wage and hour compliance, OSHA regulations, workers compensation, benefits, hiring, and termination.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of company handbooks and employment agreements to align with all applicable federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional business units to mitigate legal risk.
• Monitor and interpret employment law developments and regulatory changes.
• Manage and resolve complex employment issues.
