Member Service Representative (Digital Services) Job
TEKsystems is currently hiring Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL! Position : Member Service Representative (Digital Services) Job Description To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24 / 7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and / or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction. Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.
Qualifications High School Diploma / GED required 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking) Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong computer knowledge and data entry / typing skills Training First 6 weeks of training is FULLY onsite. Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5pm Schedules available (after training) : Sunday - Friday (Saturdays off and 1 rotating off day during the week), 12 : 30pm - 10pm, 1 : 30pm - 10pm, 2 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm, 3 : 00pm - 12 : 30am Location Pensacola, FL / ability to work hybrid after training with 2 days onsite per week
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50 / hr.
