A healthcare organization in central Connecticut is seeking a licensed OBGYN to provide comprehensive women's health services in a well-established practice on a Part-time basis.
About the Opportunity :
- Assignment Length : January through March
- Schedule : 2-3 days per week, including weekday call coverage (preferably Tuesday) and one weekend per month.
- Setting : Outpatient Care and Labor & Delivery coverage.
Responsibilities
Provide a full spectrum of gynecological and obstetrical care, including :
Preventive screenings (breast, cervical cancer)
Menstrual and menopause managementSTD treatment and contraceptive counselingPrenatal, postpartum, and breastfeeding supportRoutine and surgical gynecological proceduresLabor and delivery coverageCollaborate with a supportive team of colleagues and hospital staffUtilize integrated EMR systems for documentation (eClinicalWorks in office; Meditech in hospital)Participate in call coverage as scheduledQualifications
M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited OB / GYN residencyActive Connecticut licenseBoard Certified or Eligible (certification within 5 years of appointment)
