Recruiter Fully Remote

Allegro Living is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our fast-growing team! This is a fully remote position supporting our beautiful senior living communities across multiple states. We're seeking someone with a passion for senior living and the drive to make an impact. You'll help shape the future of our communities by finding, attracting, and hiring top talent from compassionate caregivers to dynamic community leaders.

What You'll Do :

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft creative recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both high-volume community roles and leadership positions
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong retention
  • Represent Allegro Living's fun, caring, and service-driven culture in everything you do

What You Bring :

  • Prior recruitment experience in senior living (assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing required)
  • Proven success in high-volume and leadership-level recruiting
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter attitude and comfort working fully remote in a fast-paced environment
  • A heart for seniors and a genuine belief that great people make great communities
