Growth Product Manager | Scaling SaaS with AI & Analytics

We're a fast-growing SaaS startup building AI-powered solutions that transform how organizations manage and access knowledge. Our mission is to simplify complex workflows and deliver intuitive, data-driven products that improve decision-making at scale. With rapid growth ahead, we're seeking a Growth Product Manager who can accelerate adoption, engagement, and monetization.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive growth metrics across the funnel — acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Lead growth experiments (A / B testing, pricing, onboarding, and feature adoption) to uncover scalable opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact growth initiatives
- Use data to identify friction points, prioritize improvements, and guide product direction.
- Build and maintain dashboards (Amplitude, SQL, or similar) to measure, track, and communicate growth performance.
- Balance quick wins with longer-term monetization and growth strategy
