A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (APAC).
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming support tickets, ensuring timely responses and prioritization
Provide empathetic solutions to customer inquiries and document software bugs or feature requests
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and contribute to knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role for technical products
Solid understanding of web application hosting and infrastructure
Proficiency in troubleshooting technologies such as Nginx, DNS, SSL, PHP, MySQL, and Redis
Familiarity with the Laravel framework and cloud computing concepts
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is desirable
