Summary Job Statement :

This position provides support within the Sales & Marketing team to develop and maintain effective, consistent, and efficient processes to maximize growth within the organization.

This position involves a high degree of self-motivation and prioritization of administrative tasks with a focus on delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

This position offers the unique opportunity of exposure to all aspects of Arlington / Roe.

Education :

High School diploma required, college degree preferred.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of business-related experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include but not limited to : Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills, including positive attitude, professional and friendly demeanor
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Consistent demonstration of solid professional judgement
• Must be organized with excellent time management skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
• Must be resourceful and proactive in problem solving and addressing customer service concerns and opportunities
• Excellent oral / written communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and externally
• Ability use forward-thinking and big-picture approaches in solving problems
• Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment, including multi-tasking and prioritizing
• Willingness to improve both current skills and learn new skills

Essential Functions :

• Knowledgeable and reliable resource to agency partners, Sales team, carrier partners as well as internal departments
• Excellent verbal and written communication to agency partners to positively impact overall relationship and profitability
• Data entry and management of agency management system, including but not limited to customer lifecycle : contracting, suspensions / cancellations, mergers and acquisitions
• Troubleshoot agency management system issues
• Troubleshoot carrier-related issues as well as coordinate new user set ups / approvals
• Review and document data from reporting to be used for analysis of growth and activity
• Complete other duties / projects as assigned
