About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales and Distribution to spearhead the national sales strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving growth, expanding broker channels, and enhancing client relationships. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping a high-performing, scalable sales culture, improving field execution, and fostering stronger alignment across various functions. The Head of Sales and Distribution will also be instrumental in the transformation of the sales organization, with a focus on long-term success. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record in the health insurance industry, with a strong background in sales, account management, and operations. They should be adept at leading both national and regional teams, developing and implementing growth strategies, and improving processes to strengthen retention.
