Flex Senior Manager, Future Property Management Systems

This is a temporary position. The FLEX Senior Manager, Future Property Management Systems will provide operational input and PMS subject matter expertise to support business requirement testing and refinement for future systems, including but not limited to Single Pane of Glass (SPOG), Stay PMS, Auto Room Assignment (ARA), Guest Experience Platform (GXP), and Opera Cloud (OCPMS). This position also plays an active role in supporting defect management and the future PMS strategy including providing input into design, testing, training, deployment, and support.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

Required :

4-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; OR a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge can be gained.

5+ years of hotel property management systems experience or other relevant experience including OPERA, Lightspeed, FSPMS and / or FOSSE

Experience working with international teams and supporting global systems and operational processes
