Be the warm, professional first impression for every examinee and visitorAnswer and route incoming calls with confidence using RingCentralManage appointment scheduling and calendars through DaySmartOversee check-in / check-outEnsure accurate, HIPAA-compliant recordsPerform in-clinic testing like phlebotomy, vital signs, pulmonary function testing, EKGs and moreCoordinate lab work and result processingKeep the clinic running smoothly—think organized, stocked, and welcomingFollow protocols and ensure complianceCreate a space where examinees feel welcomed and valuedYou’re a Great Fit If You :

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPhlebotomy Certification or equivalent (military medics and corpsman encouraged to apply)1–2 years of front desk, administrative, or customer service experienceExperience with EMR / EHR systems and scheduling tools (DaySmart preferred)Skills & Competencies
Phlebotomy Certification or verifiable experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesTech-savvy and quick to learn new systemsPersonable and calm under pressure, with a service-first mindsetProfessional appearance and demeanorAble to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong sense of empathy and focus on delivering a great patient experienceFlexible and eager to grow and take on new responsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications
