Sales and Marketing Support Specialist

We're hiring a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist who is detail-oriented and can help us to continue expanding our services and brand.

In this role, you will receive hands-on training in both marketing strategy and sales process. You will work to bridge the gap between customers and our services to promote AT&T’s services and ensure a smooth experience.

Sales and Marketing Support Specialist Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of various AT&T marketing and sales promotional services to customers
• Connect with customers to expand brand awareness, service offerings and promotions of products
• Engage directly with potential customers to introduce AT&T products and services and assist with sales orders
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order information
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback during interactions to help refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
• Respond to basic customer inquiries about products and services
• Assist with the initial stages of order processing and activation by verifying customer information and preparing necessary documentation.
