We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Manager to join our team and help elevate our Finance & Insurance operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous F&I Manager experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present finance and insurance products clearly and confidently to customers.
  • Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
  • Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
  • Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the vehicle delivery process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals in product penetration and PVR (Per Vehicle Retailed).
  • Handle customer concerns related to financing in a professional, solution-oriented manner.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards
  • College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus
  • At least one year in a dealership sales management position.
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations
  • At least two years’ experience in a dealership sales environment.
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people.
  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors
  • Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
