What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in shaping how Rollins recognizes and rewards its 20,000+ teammates by :

• Leading the design, implementation, and management of our compensation strategy to stay competitive and fair.
• Supporting executive compensation and ensuring compliance with governance and reporting requirements.
• Managing incentive and variable pay programs — from sales commissions to profit-sharing plans.
• Overseeing stock plan administration , ensuring accuracy and a great teammate experience.
• Partnering across HR, Finance, and leadership to align our programs with business goals.
• Providing expert guidance to managers and teammates on compensation and equity matters.
