We are looking for a licensed Broker Associate who wants to grow a successful real estate business while helping support, develop, and mentor agents within a collaborative and growth focused environment, while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, coaching, and creating positive influence while continuing to build personal production.
You will gain experience working alongside leadership and agent development initiatives designed to help agents improve performance, strengthen habits, and build greater consistency. The focus is on communication, accountability, mentorship, and helping agents navigate the challenges of growing their real estate businesses.
In addition to supporting agent growth, you will continue developing your own career through proven systems, coaching, and ongoing professional development. This opportunity allows you to remain actively engaged in production while expanding your leadership capabilities and professional impact.
You will work within an environment that values collaboration, personal responsibility, and continuous improvement. Through ongoing exposure to coaching conversations, agent development, and business-building strategies, you will continue strengthening the skills that support both leadership growth and long-term real estate success.

Compensation:$160,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
- Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
- Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
- Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team

Qualifications:
- Superb customer service and communication skills
- The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
- Real estate license required
- Brokers' license or ability to obtain one
- Sales experience
