Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

The Systems Analyst - Advanced will support the transition and implementation of new CRM systems, specifically TargetX and Slate CRM, focusing on communication planning and system integration. This part-time, onsite role requires an experienced analyst to ensure smooth migration and effective use of CRM tools within a university environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the transition and implementation of TargetX and Slate CRM systems.
• Develop and manage communication plans related to CRM deployment.
• Provide technical and functional support during CRM migration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues.
• Participate in virtual and in-person interviews and meetings as required.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of TargetX and Slate CRM platforms.
• Right to represent and valid security clearance as required.
• Residency in South Carolina (current resident, no relocation allowed).

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with university or higher education IT environments.

Special Considerations:

• Role is fully onsite at the University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC.
• Candidate must be a current South Carolina resident; no relocation permitted.
• Security clearance is required for this position.

Scheduling:

• Part-time position, approximately 28 hours per week.
• Additional hours may be worked if budget permits.
• Contract duration is 8 months with possibility of extension.
• Interview process includes two rounds: first virtual, second in-person.
