Location: North Richland Hills, TX (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $60,000 - $125,000

Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week.

As our Service Advisor, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in North Richland Hills. You're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.

Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
• Advising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate
• Preparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines
• Collaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
• Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
• Process monetary transactions

What You'll Need:

• Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Creative, positive, team player attitude
• Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
• Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
• Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
