Job description
Creating outstanding customer experiences, the full-time Residential Sales Consultant will sell products and services, retain customers, and resolve billing and service inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Sell products and services while retaining current customers through effective communication Negotiate service orders and manage billing inquiries, including collections and payment arrangements Provide best-in-class customer service by troubleshooting issues and responding to customer inquiries across various platforms Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Prior experience in customer service, sales, or collections preferred Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate computer competency and understanding of database programs preferred Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment in various situations
