Must be self-motivating and work well as a team member. The ideal candidate is a hard worker that can get the job done properly in a timely manner. Shifts are in the morning, beginning at 5:00AM and ending around 1:00PM. We are looking for responsible, driven people, who can manage the responsibilities given to them and who are ready to get the job done correctly. We take neatness into consideration, employee must be clean, with themselves and with company property, must be willing to take the job seriously and manage their own responsibilities. Job requires you to be independent, therefore employees must be able to stay on task.Responsibilities Include:Follow Brand standards and systemsMaintain a clean and organized workstationCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersThoroughly clean equipment and toolsMaintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or squeegeeing.Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage to floors and other equipment.Open vat fryer filtration maintenanceEducation/Experience:Facility Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)Custodial: 1 year (Preferred)and/orSanitation/Janitorial: 1 year (Preferred)Key Competencies:Works well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeConsistently reliableComfortable working with deep fryersPhysical Demands/Qualifications:Must have consistent reliable transportationAbility to work on your feet for extended periods of timeMust be available for Weekends and HolidaysMust be able to lift up to 50lbsMust be at least 18 years of age.You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
