Deaconess Health System is seeking a highly motivated Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Henderson, KY or Evansville, Indiana to serve patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting with strong clinical and administrative support.

Role Responsibilities:
Deaconess Cross Pointe (DCP) offers a full continuum of behavioral health services, including outpatient programs and a fully accredited 60-bed inpatient facility.
Call Responsibilities:
Share on-call duties with all full-time psychiatrists and inpatient PMHNPs.
Weeknight coverage, typically once every two weeks (5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.), responsible for triaging intake calls, providing dispositions, and issuing admission orders.
Weekend Coverage, approximately one in six weekends, responsible for triaging intake calls and rounding on inpatients Saturday and Sunday. Advanced Practice Nurses provide support every weekend alongside the psychiatrist.
