Behavior Specialist

A company is looking for a Behavior Specialist- Fee for Service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, facilitate, document, and revise Behavior Support Plans in accordance with individual support plans

Conduct observations and comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of various behavioral issues

Collaborate with individuals, families, and teams to maintain and implement behavior support plans

Required Qualifications

Relevant experience in behavior analysis or a related field

Knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and support plan development

Ability to train and mentor support staff

Experience in documentation and data collection related to behavior support

Willingness to work under appropriate clinical supervision
