Senior Accountant

A rapidly growing technology organization in Howard County, MD is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their corporate accounting team. This Senior Accountant role is a hybrid position, with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary : $82,000 - $92,000

Senior Accountant Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA preferred, not required.

Public and private accounting mix strongly preferred.

Proven corporate accounting experience in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities :

Perform full-cycle corporate accounting including accruals, prepaids, and journal entries.

Assist with monthly close and account reconciliations.

Support preparation of financial statements and related reports.

Collaborate with the finance team on process improvements and scaling initiatives.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
