About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Location : Twin Falls, ID

Contract : 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Shift : Evening & Night Shifts | 12-Hour Shifts (Start times between 1 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM)

Weekend Requirement : Every Other Weekend

Radius Rule : 100 Miles

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced and collaborative Emergency Department in Twin Falls, Idaho . This Level III Trauma Center provides comprehensive emergency care, serving as a STEMI and Stroke Receiving Facility with a strong focus on patient safety, teamwork, and high-reliability performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Perform triage, prioritize patient needs, and manage multiple critical cases simultaneously.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and titrate critical drips and infusions.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, CNAs, and RT staff to ensure coordinated and timely care.
• Recognize and respond promptly to cardiac, respiratory, and trauma emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR .
