Job Description

Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and management.

Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently to minimize project impact.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and change orders.

Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
