Job descriptionDay shift, Monday to Friday. 8 to 12 hour days on average. 4+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proficient using scanners, OEM diagnostic software, and reading schematics. Experience working as a Field Mechanic is preferred. Able to work independently, and able to communicate professionally with company clients / customers. Valid driver's license, clean driving record. CDL preferred, though not required.
Job Description
MasterTech is on the search for experienced Field Service Mechanics in the Duluth, MN area.
The successful Heavy Equipment Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment (construction, earth moving, mining, aerial, cranes, etc.) across the field service region. Mechanics will be dispatched from their home to various client locations. Service vehicle privileges are included.
Compensation :
- $35.00 - $50.00 / hour, plus overtime after 8 hours / day.
- Comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, life, short / long-term disability, etc.
- 401K with matching contributions.
- 2 weeks prorated vacation, plus sick days, holidays, and PTO.
- Service truck, gas card, company cell phone, laptop, etc.
