Job Responsibilities
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area, storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare product according to company standards.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, including monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between hand and fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In-store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to above 90°F in some areas.
Exposure to fumes from food odors, commercial dust, cramped quarters including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces / tools up to 500°F+, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
Talking and hearing on telephone.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Demands
Standing
Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum. Height of work surfaces 36" to 48".
Walking
Short distances for short durations.
Sitting
Paperwork completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more, loaded using hand truck. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 60 pounds.
Carrying
Large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces. Pizza sauce 30 pounds. Trays of dough 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
Trays moved on dollies, requiring 7.5 pounds to push.
Climbing
Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder to change signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stoop / Bending
Forward bending at the waist at pizza assembly station; 30-45 seconds per set, repeated continuously.
Crouching / Squatting
Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching
Continuously reach up, down, and forward. Up to 72" to turn on / off oven controls or lift objects.
Hand Tasks
Eye-hand coordination essential. Manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, etc.

Pencil / pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and peel.
Delivery Job Responsibilities
Deliver product by car to customers.
Deliver flyers, doorhangers, or marketing materials.
Possess valid driver license with safe driving record.
Have insured vehicle for delivery.
Navigate stores, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages during walking and climbing duties.
Drive within designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift.
Expose to varying weather conditions while delivering and couponing.
