Manager, Integrated Field Insights & Analytics

Job Description Summary : The Insights and Decision Science (IDS) team is dedicated to enabling improved decision making at Novartis by leveraging data and advanced analytics capabilities to generate actionable insights that drive business growth. We collaborate closely with the US business, bringing insights and challenging ideas to empower smarter, data-driven decision-making.
Reporting into the ED, Integrated Field Insights & Analytics, the Manager, Integrated Field Insights & Analytics (FIA) will play a pivotal role in supporting agile delivery execution across multiple therapeutic areas (TAs), coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and driving project management excellence across the portfolio. This role is designed to enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment within the FIA team, contributing to the broader goals of the IDS organization. This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 10% travel as defined by the business (domestic and / or international).

The salary for this position is expected to range between $119,700.00 and $222,300.00 per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
