Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a contract with a client in Boston, MA. Candidates must have extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications to be considered for this position.

Rate Range : $44 / hour to 60 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst job responsibilities include :

• Analyze application incidents and service requests, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
• Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex application problems efficiently.
• Monitor application performance and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in user training and provide support for application upgrades or new feature rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Pay Details : $44.00 to $60.00 per hour
