Your New Role :
The Maintenance Supervisor leads a small maintenance team responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production operations through efficient servicing of production tooling, machinery, and plant engineering projects. This role encompasses all electrical and mechanical aspects of facility maintenance while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.Job Description :
Develop, control and oversee preventive maintenance programs to maintain production machinery and equipmentPlan continuous work schedules and equipment logs / records to maintain company property in safe, optimal working conditionsManage physical installation of new equipmentContact and manage external service contractors when neededProvide on-call support for rare 2nd & 3rd shift production emergenciesSupervise and coordinate maintenance team activities, including electrical and mechanical operationsMaintain inventories of maintenance materials, supplies, and repair parts at required levelsDefine and manage departmental metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvementRecommend, plan, and implement equipment upgrades to improve production efficiency and reduce costsTroubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsMaintain inventories of maintenance materials, supplies, and repair parts at required levelsInitiate purchase requisitions, quote with vendors prior, and periodically review inventory for proper facility upkeepJob Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of electrical installation and troubleshooting (240V-480V / 3 phases systems)Proficiency in reading and understanding of electrical schematics and machine blueprintsExperience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on production machines3+ years in supervisory or lead positions within manufacturing facilityStrong organizational and prioritization abilitiesKnowledge of spare parts inventory and purchasing processesDemonstrated supervisory and team management skillsKnowledge of advanced maintenance methodologiesUnderstanding of OSHA and EPA regulations for plant operationsPrevious plastic extrusion or injection molding maintenance experience would be considered a plusBilingual capabilities will be considered a plus (English & Spanish or English & Italian)Benefits and Perks :

The base pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
