Associate – Healthcare & Life Sciences Privacy (Digital Health)

Location : San Francisco or Silicon Valley

Experience Level : 4+ years

Practice Group : Healthcare and Life Sciences Regulatory

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a dynamic corporate associate with 4+ years of experience advising clients in the digital health and health tech space .

About the Role :

You’ll work with cutting-edge healthcare and tech companies on complex regulatory issues involving :

HIPAA , CCPA / CPRA , and U.S. privacy frameworks

AI regulation and compliance

Healthcare fraud and abuse laws (Stark, anti-kickback, etc.)

Counseling on data protection , digital health , and healthcare transactions

What We’re Looking For :

Deep experience advising digital health / tech companies

Knowledge of privacy, AI, and healthcare regulatory laws

Strong drafting and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead matters and juggle multiple deadlines

Prior law firm experience and excellent academic record
