Position Overview :
As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the commercial restoration market. You will work with a team of sales professionals, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand our commercial restoration services. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage "Like it never even happened!"
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target commercial clients in need of restoration and remediation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, commercial real estate agents, and other potential clients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of commercial properties to understand restoration requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals that outline project scopes, cost estimates, timelines, and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of restoration projects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with commercial clients, ensuring alignment with project expectations and goals.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in the commercial property or restoration industry highly desirable.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Knowledge of restoration materials, techniques, and industry best practices is a plus.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Willingness and ability to work nights / weekends as needed to close sales and deals with customers.Willingness to travel as needed.What We Offer :
