Commercial Sales Executive

SERVPRO of Western Lancaster & East York is hiring a Commercial Sales Executive. SERVPRO is a leading restoration company dedicated to helping businesses and organizations recover from disasters and emergencies. With a proven track record of excellence in the restoration industry, we provide comprehensive solutions to mitigate damage and restore properties to their pre-loss condition. Our team is committed to delivering top-notch service, and we are looking for a dynamic Commercial Sales Executive to enhance our sales efforts in the commercial sector. Position Overview :

As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the commercial restoration market. You will work with a team of sales professionals, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand our commercial restoration services. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage "Like it never even happened!"

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target commercial clients in need of restoration and remediation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, commercial real estate agents, and other potential clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of commercial properties to understand restoration requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that outline project scopes, cost estimates, timelines, and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of restoration projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with commercial clients, ensuring alignment with project expectations and goals.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in the commercial property or restoration industry highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of restoration materials, techniques, and industry best practices is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness and ability to work nights / weekends as needed to close sales and deals with customers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

    Compensation : $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
