Plant Manager

Core Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing plant

Preferred Requirements :

Reporting to the President, this individual will direct daily production, strive to continuously improve quality and efficiency, and ensure a safety-focused production environment. The successful candidate will possess a high energy, hands-on personality that is able to lead from the floor and has the desire to grow within an organization.
