LTC Physician Care, PC is a medical group dedicated to serving patients by providing Primary Care Physician (PCP) services to Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities across Michigan. Requirements and Qualifications
- Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Geriatrics is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted APP medical license in Michigan.
- Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
- Candidates must have completed a valid U.S. APP certification program
- Candidates must have completed an approved APP course of study from an accredited institution
- Candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment background screening process (Criminal History, Licensing, etc.)
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug-screen
Job Structure
This is an in-person position.Full-TimeProviders will commute directly between home and their assigned facilityAPP works in coordination with an LTC Collaborating PhysicianAPP is responsible for the day-to-day care of its patients within the facility.After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers.Compensation and Benefits
