Job descriptionProvide comprehensive dental hygiene care including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and patient education Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Open Dental Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure excellent patient care Contribute to a positive patient experience through comfort, education, and professionalism Support the practice by remaining productive throughout the scheduled shift, including other patient care or hygiene-related tasks Licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin New graduates and experienced hygienists welcome High level of professionalism and strong customer service skills Accurate, detail-oriented, and effective communication skills Goal-oriented with a continuous desire to learn and grow $42–$50 per hour based on qualifications and experience with the opportunity for more dependent on productivity, efficiency, and contribution to patient care Sign-on bonus Paid license 401(k) with employer match Uniform allowance and continuing education support In-house dental care Paid holidays Overall monthly practice bonus and quarterly hygiene bonus based on production vs compensation formula Paid for entire shift regardless of patient volume Solo doctor with a small, close-knit team Comfortable facility with up-to-date equipment Patient-centered care with adequate time allotted for quality treatment Hygienist input on patient care is valued and supported $42-$50 / hour
Part Time Dental Hygienist – Oshkosh Complete Dentistry – Oshkosh, WI
Oshkosh Complete Dentistry is seeking a professional and motivated Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values quality patient care, a supportive work environment, and professional growth.
