Healthcare Security Officer Full Time Missoula, Mt

Wage : $20.00 / HR Available Shift : Sat & Sun : 2PM - 10PM Securitas employees come from all walks of life, bringing with them a variety of distinctive skills and perspectives. This position requires a regular commitment of 16 hours per week. In exchange, there is a guaranteed compensation of 30 hours, provided the full 16-hour shift is met each week. Additionally the employee is expected to be flexible and available to provide coverage throughout the week, as needed. While additional hours are not guaranteed, the expectation is that there will be reasonable effort to cover open shifts.

What Your Day May Look Like :

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
