• Utilize credit and collection processes to maintain accurate financial records and minimize overdue accounts.
• Analyze customer billing and payment histories to identify potential risks and develop strategies for resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of collection efforts and interactions with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection processes.
• Prepare detailed reports on account statuses and collection progress using Microsoft Excel.
• Apply advanced Excel formulas to analyze financial data and generate insights.
