Key Responsibilities :

• Frontend Optimization
• Develop and enhance user-friendly interfaces for customer-facing applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to ensure seamless functionality and intuitive user experiences.
• AI Agent Development
• Design and build AI-powered agents to replace manual workflows and support customer inquiries.
• Utilize natural language processing (NLP) frameworks and AI tools to create conversational systems that address customer needs efficiently.
• Test, refine, and deploy AI solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Workflow Automation
• Analyze existing manual processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop robotic process automation (RPA) solutions and integrate them into operational workflows to improve efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure automation aligns with customer service goals and operational standards.
• Customer Support
• Implement AI-driven tools and processes to enhance customer interactions and response times.
• Use machine learning techniques to anticipate customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
