HR Specialist

A company is looking for an HR Specialist to provide expert guidance and support in a remote HR Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary resource for HR Central's Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, handling inquiries related to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and policy interpretation

Deliver accurate, timely resolutions via multiple channels while ensuring high standards of employee care

Educate employees on HR technologies and self-service tools, while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of progressive experience in HR Shared Services environments or similar roles

Experience with Workday and Salesforce Case Management System strongly preferred

Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law fundamentals

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while managing high case volumes
