Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of the collections process with creativity and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other platforms to resolve past-due accounts.
• Analyze account discrepancies, collaborate with internal teams, and provide solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver regular reports on collections activity and account success.
