A company is looking for a Senior AWS Connect Developer to design and implement scalable contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and agent hierarchies
Develop and maintain Lambda functions, Lex bots, and AWS Step Functions for dynamic call handling
Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms and build custom reporting dashboards using AWS services
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in enterprise environments
Strong proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
Experience with contact center technologies including IVR and call routing
Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js or Python for Lambda development
Understanding of security best practices including encryption and compliance
