Job Summary :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will enter orders, respond to customer inquiries and customer complaints while projecting a professional image through phone and email interactions.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities

Essential duties and responsibilities of the successful applicant :
- Provide technical support and solutions to designated products lines
- Prepare pricing and delivery quotations
- Process incoming orders
- Make changes to customer orders as required
- Respond to customer concerns
- Process RGA’s and credit memos
- Communicate effectively verbally, and in writing
- Coordinate with several areas of the business seeking to find a mutually beneficial solution

Knowledge of :
Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce and TEAMS
Skills / Ability to :
Effective management of time with strong critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of gas control technology is a plus.
