Responsibilities
With your
excellent relationship-building talents , youll be following up with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes and educate & advise clients on the best policies for their
unique needs .
With your
keen attention to detail , youll be taking payments and updating client information.
Your
outstanding customer service skills will be essential in Issuing insurance documentation and assisting clients with policy changes.
Requirement
An Active OH Property & Casualty License is Required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and office etiquette .
