Promenade Group is hiring : Senior Creative Designer in Santa Monica

Overview Promenade is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a creative, results-driven individual with expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing, and strong skills in image production. This role involves leading the design vision, managing creative execution, and ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all digital and print platforms.

Base pay range $80,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities Set the Creative Vision - Define and communicate a clear design vision and strategy that aligns with brand identity and overall business objectives for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Manage the Creative Process - Oversee all design projects from concept through execution, provide constructive feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

Campaign Design - Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including display ads, social media, landing pages, email templates, and video ads.

Audience Targeting - Translate B2B and B2C marketing strategies into compelling visual design solutions that resonate with different target audiences.

Cross-Platform Design - Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials for different segments, adapting visual messaging for specific audiences and platforms.

Image Production - Plan, organize, and direct photo and video shoots for product and lifestyle imagery, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing needs.

Image Editing and Retouching - Edit and retouch product, lifestyle, and other photographic assets to maintain high visual quality and brand consistency.

Asset Management - Maintain and organize a library of all visual assets, including photos and videos, to support marketing and design efforts.

Qualifications Experience - A minimum of 5-7 years in a marketing design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Portfolio - A strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work across marketing campaigns and photo editing.

Technical Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

Communication - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to various stakeholders.

Collaboration - Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive, collaborative manner.

Project Management - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Skills - Experience with UX / UI design (web and product) is a strong plus.

Work Arrangement Hybrid - 2-3 days per month in office; photoshoots as needed.
