Business Development Senior Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, DashMart Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and cultivate enterprise relationships with leading retailers and e-commerce logistics players

Lead growth and efficiency initiatives with existing Merchant partners through business reviews and planning sessions

Serve as the liaison between partners and internal teams, while developing knowledge of Merchant partners and customer demands

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in business development, e-commerce, or partner management

Demonstrated analytical rigor and strong business acumen, including familiarity with P&Ls and large data sets

Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Basic SQL skills are preferred

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
