Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Policy Recommendations : Educate clients on various insurance products and assist them in choosing the best options for their needs.
Customer Service : Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
Requirements
Sales Experience : Demonstrated track record of success in sales is essential. Previous sales achievements will be considered favorably.
Proximity to Office Location : Preferred candidates will reside within close proximity to the office location.
Licensing : Possession of a valid Insurance License is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Customer-Focused : Must exhibit a sincere interest in understanding and addressing the needs of clients. Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
Goal-Oriented : Driven by the desire to achieve and surpass sales targets. A proactive attitude towards meeting objectives is required.
Team Player : Capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing positively to a team-oriented work environment.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not Required) :
Familiarity with insurance products and services.
Experience in a similar industry or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
