Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency.

Assess clients insurance needs and recommend suitable products.

Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Stay current on insurance products, trends, and regulations.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience : A proven track record in insurance sales or a related field is needed.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service : A dedication to prioritizing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
