As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative youwill sellinsurance products and services and build long term relationships with customers.
You will be responsible for monthly production goals, customer retention and thecustomers experience. You will play a crucial role in helping customersinsure what matters mostin their lives.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services to customers.
- Handle and process all leads, set appointments, follow up with customers, and sell additional products and services to customers.
- Provide an excellent customer experience during every interaction including sales opportunities, performing service transactions and claims reporting.
- Conduct needs based policy reviews.
- Accurateand timely documentation ofall interactions with each customerusing agency systems.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
Requirement
- Property and Casualty 2-20 license or a 4-40 license
- Will consider a non licensed individual if they are willing to get the 4-40 License within the fist week of hire.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales goals and produce long term revenue.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills using multiple systems
- Previous work experience in sales, customer service, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
- Bilingual, fluent in Portugueseand / or Spanish is preferred.
