Pharmacy Manager of Oncology Infusion Services (Louisville)

Pharmacy Manager of Oncology Infusion Services needed to oversee several Infusion Pharmacies!

Provides leadership to the pharmacists in charge / supervisors at each site, clinical staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the daily operations of several oncology pharmacies. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining USP 797 / 800 best practices, promoting staff acquisition, training and growth, assisting in development of policies and procedures for safe and effective medication therapy, directing stewardship of financial resources including 340B compliance, and establishing effective personal relationships with medical and nursing leaders to foster essential team relationships among pharmacists, nurses and physicians.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Three years of oncology infusion experience preferred
• Management experience required
• PGY-2 Residency preferred
• Board Certification preferred
• Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license required (or reciprocation eligible).
• BLS / ACLS within 6 months of hire
• Oversee approximately 34 employees
• Previous Manager was there 8 years, relocated due to promotion
• Monday thru Friday day shift position, 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm, no weekends or on-call
• Reports to DOP
