Printer Repair Field Technician

We are looking for experienced Printer Repair Field Technicians to support a dispatch-based project with Barrister. This is a flexible, dispatch-based role with no fixed schedule — you’ll receive service requests and accept jobs based on your availability.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair printers (laser, inkjet, multifunction)

Perform routine maintenance (fuser replacement, paper jams, cleaning, calibration)

Install printer drivers and replace toner

Basic PC setup and troubleshooting

Basic networking and connectivity support

Respond to service calls per SLA (same day, next day, scheduled, or weekend emergencies)

Requirements

Proven experience in printer repair and maintenance

Familiarity with major brands (HP, Lexmark, Canon, etc.)

General knowledge of PCs and basic networking

Availability for dispatch-based work

Reliable tools and transportation
