Develop and execute a sales strategy for both industrial clients and retail / commercial programs.
Prospect and close new business with general contractors, facility managers, and national retailers.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to identify opportunities for service, upgrades, and maintenance programs.
Sell and manage programmatic electrical services across multiple store or facility locations.
Collaborate with operations to prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and scopes for retrofit and remodel projects.
Educate clients on compliance, energy efficiency, and preventative maintenance opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM documentation.
Represent Prime Power Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the Southeast.

7+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or retail electrical contracting, power distribution, or related technical services, including at least 2 years in outside sales or business development.
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems including panels, distribution, breakers, switchgear, testing, and maintenance.
Proven success in relationship-based sales and the ability to close multimillion-dollar contracts with retailers, GCs, or facility owners.
Existing network of industry contactsfacility managers, plant engineers, general contractors, and retailers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business value.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing independent travel within the FloridaGeorgia region.
Must be able to travel throughout the region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events. Some overnight travel required.
Prior field experience as an electrician, foreman, or electrical technician before transitioning into sales.
Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs, IR testing, lighting retrofits, and electrical compliance standards.
Understanding of EV infrastructure, programmatic rollouts, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
Experience using CRM tools and managing structured pipelines.
Associates (preferred), and / or relevant experience.
Minimum 57 years of relevant electrical industry experience (commercial / industrial sales, project management, or field operations).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Technical certifications (e.g., Electrical License, NABCEP, EVITP, or equivalent) are a plus.
Must be able to travel across the Southeastern U.S.
Must have valid driver's license and meet pre-employment background and drug screen requirements.
The company utilizes a continuous MVR monitoring system to ensure driver safety and compliance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
Ability to learn and use company related software proficiently.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach and with hands and arms, for up to eight hours daily.
